Q: Are your prints archival?
A: All images are professionally printed on archival paper using archival inks. Drawings are printed on 240gsm Deep Matte Paper with rich colors and pure whites with a matte surface that is soft and almost velvety to the touch. Photographs are printed on 254gsm Lustre paper with soft pebble surface with accurate color, and realistic saturation.

Q: Can you print at a custom size?
A: Yes usually! Contact us for the possibility and cost.

Q: Does the print look like how the image appears on your website?
A: Colors look different depending on the color profile of your monitor. We do our best to adhere to the authenticity of the color profile of the original image. But the print usually looks slightly different than the image on a computer monitor.

Q: How long will it take to receive my print?
A: Usually it takes 1-2 weeks for the print to arrive at your place. COVID has caused delay in shipping overall so we ask you for your patience.

Q: Will I be charged sales tax?
A: If you are a resident of California, 9% sales tax will be added to your order.

Q: How are the prints packaged?
A:  Smaller prints are packages within a flat cardboard mailer. Larger prints are shipped in a tube.

Q: What if my print arrives damaged?
A: We do our best to make sure your order arrives safely. If you receive a damaged order, please contact us within 7 days and we will replace it.
